As Head of TTG and U.S. Operations, John focuses on supporting the management of TIG’s assets in the U.S. John has over 25 years of experience in wood procurement, forest management and forest technology including intensive silviculture, private land owner consulting, timber inventory management, data management, and forest information system management. Before joining TIG in 2022, John spent 4 years as Procurement Manager at RoyOMartin, responsible for the procurement of 1.2 million tons of roundwood annually in support of an Oriented Strand Board facility. Prior to RoyOMartin, John held several positions at Campbell Global including area manager where he was responsible for all aspects of timberland management including harvest planning and operations, roads, silviculture and land services for approximately 400,000 acres. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry with a focus in Forest Management from Stephen F. Austin State University.
